Dari ke empat energi tersebut masih belum optimal digunakan oleh manusia. Dimisalkan Aktivitas mencuci baju. Apakah proses pengeringan harus dilakukan dengan mesin. Selalu ada cara lain untuk menyiasati aktivitas tetsebut, dengan cara menjemur pakaian di alam terbuka. Prosesnya dibantu matahari dan angin. Memang tidak cepat prosesnya, namun ini meminimalisasi pemborosan. Banyak cara berhemat pada aktivitas lainnya. Bila mau berfikir, selalu ada inspirasi cara menghadapi. Betapa bahagianya kita yang diberikan jari tangan dan jari kaki yang lengkap. Bisa dibayangkan bila manusia tidak dilengkapi dengan 10 jari tangan. Dipastikan repot dalam hidup kita, sulit untuk bergerak lincah dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dan kendalanya. Mungkin tidak stabil saat berlari tanpa jari. Fungsi penting jari, adalah ; identifikasi sidik, tempat titik simpul saraf refleksi pijit, keindahan kuku dan ada nikmat dalam persendian jari.
