Tupoksi is an abbreviation of the words Task, Principal and Function. Duties, principals and functions are the most important tasks in a position in the organization. In general, the main tasks provide a detailed description of the scope of work of an organizational position.

The first function is as a legal basis for an organizational unit in working or carrying out its routines. The second function of the main duties and functions is as a guide in the implementation of tasks and coordination at the application level in the field so that the boundaries of each employee's main duties and functions become clear.



Tupoksi merupakan singkatan dari kata Tugas, Pokok dan Fungsi. Tugas, pokok dan fungsi adalah sebuah tugas yang sifatnya paling utama dalam satu posisi di organisasi. Secara umum, tugas pokok memberikan gambaran detail tentang ruang lingkup kerja suatu jabatan organisasi.

Fungsi pertama adalah sebagai landasan hukum suatu unit organisasi tersebut dalam bekerja atau menjalankan rutinitasnya. Fungsi kedua dari tupoksi adalah sebagai rambu-rambu dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan koordinasi pada tataran aplikasi di lapangan sehingga batas-batas dari tupoksi masing-masing pegawai menjadi jelas.
