Anak anak kita sudah beranjak dewasa, mereka tidak hanya pintar tapi cerdas. Dan, cukup bijak terhadap lingkungan sosial. Rasanya tongkat estafet kebijakan sudah waktunya diberikan kepada kader-kader muda di negeri tercinta. Kita dukung anak muda yang jujur, mereka sudah siap maju di garis depan yang amanah. Kita sebagai orang tua cukup mendoakan dan membimbing. Jangan khawatir pada anak-anak kita, cukup ilmu dan agama yang kuat. Mentalnya baja, jiwa patriot. Fungsi kedua dari tupoksi adalah sebagai rambu-rambu dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan koordinasi pada tataran aplikasi di lapangan sehingga batas-batas dari tupoksi masing-masing pegawai menjadi jelas.
