Saat sendirian setelah mati. Lenyaplah prasangka buruk kepada siapa pun.
Kita tak bawa segunung harta setelah mati.
Kita tak bawa sijil tertinggi yang kita Ada. Kita hanya mengharap Rahmat Allah Tuhan sekelian alam.
Teruslah melangkah, selama engkau di jalan yang baikk.
Meski terkadang kebaikan tidak sentiasa dihargai.
Jangan menjelaskan tentang dirimu kepada siapa pun karena yang menyukaimu tidak perlu tahu tentang semua kebaikan yang kamu lakukan.
Dan yang membencimu tidak percaya tentang kebaikan yang masih ada pada dirimu.
Hidup bukan tentang siapa yang terbaik, tapi tentang siapa yang mau berbuat baikk dan sentiasa memperbaiki diri.

Setelah menyelesaikan tugas dan menyerahkan tahta Kerajaan Hastina Pura kepada Raden Pandu Dewanata, putra ke-2 nya, beliau meninggalkan istana dan bermukim di pertapaan.

SUJUD LAMA KETIKA SHOLAT
Urat saraf mengalirkan darah ke otak hanya beberapa saat saja pada waktu SUJUD ketika sholat.
Jadi yang tidak Sholat, urat syaraf otak tidak menerima darah secara sempurna dan tidak berfungsi secara normal.
Karena letak otak di atas jantung, maka jantung hanya mampu menyalurkan 20% darah ke otak, maka dibantulah dg sujud yg lebih lama agar menambah kekuatan aliran darah ke otak.
MANFAAT SUJUD berlama-lama pada raka'at terakhir sesuai yang disampaikan Rasulullah Shallallahu Alaihi Wasallam.

Hadits tetsebut menunjukkan dorongan untuk memperbanyak doa ketika sujud. Karena ketika sujud adalah tempat yang paling dekat antara seorang hamba dengan Allah azza wa jalla.

Untuk MEMULIHKAN MATA dan MENJAGA KEKUATAN OTOT sebaiknya kita mengikuti Sunnah selama sholat.
Kita harus selalu JAGA PANDANGAN BUKA MATA TETAP FOKUS PADA SATU TITIK TEMPAT SELAMA SUJUD, dan ketika BERDIRI pandangan MATA melihat TEMPAT SUJUD.
