People Power

People power is a political term that defines the populist power of any social movement that exerts the authority of grassroots opinion and willpower, usually in opposition to conventionally organized groups or political forces. "People power" can manifest as small-scale protests or campaigns for regional change; or more broadly, revolutionary acts involving national highway demonstrations, labor strikes and mass strikes with the aim of overthrowing an established government and/or political system.

   Kekuatan rakyat adalah sebuah istilah politik yang mengartikan kekuatan gerak populis dari gerakan sosial manapun yang mendesak otoritas dari opini akar rumput dan kekuatan kehendak, biasanya dalam penentangan terhadap kelompok yang terorganisir secara konvensional atau pasukan politik. "Kekuatan rakyat" dapat diwujudkan sebagai protes skala kecil atau kampanye untuk perubahan wilayah; atau secara lebih luas, tindakan revolusioner yang melibatkan demonstrasi jalan raya nasional, mogok kerja dan mogok massal dengan tujuan menggulingkan pemerintahan dan / atau sistem politik yang berdiri.

Cost Overruns

Cost overruns, also known as cost overruns or budget overruns, are unwanted financing events. Cost overruns are common in infrastructure, building and technology projects.

   Factors causing cost overrun are divided into eight groups including cost estimation, implementation and work relations, materials, labor, equipment, financial aspects, time of implementation, and political policies.

   Project Management Ways to Overcome Cost Overrun:
1. Monitor project budgets on a regular basis
Transparent.
2. Real-Time Control of Project Plans and Realization.
3.Switch to Integrated Cloud to Collect and Display Reports.
4. Efficient Use of Human Resources and Project Operations.


   Pembengkakan biaya, juga dikenal sebagai peningkatan biaya atau pembengkakan anggaran, adalah kejadian pembiayaan yang tak diinginkan. Pembengkakan biaya umum terjadi dalam proyek-proyek infrastruktur, bangunan dan teknologi. 

   faktor penyebab terjadinya cost overrun terbagi kedalam delapan kelompok diantaranya adalah estimasi biaya, pelaksanaan dan hubungan kerja, material, tenaga kerja, peralatan, aspek keuangan, waktu pelaksanaan, dan kebijaksanaan politik.

   Cara Manajemen Proyek Mengatasi Cost Overrun :
1. Monitoring Anggaran Proyek Secara 
Transparan.
2. Kontrol Rencana Proyek dan Realisasinya Secara Real-Time.
3.Beralih ke Integrated Cloud untuk Mengumpulkan dan Menampilkan Report.
4. Efisensi Penggunaan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Operasional Proyek.

Concentrate – Fokus

Under certain conditions we don't need to care about people meddling in a matter that is none of their business. Free to speak but there is one side we are also free to determine our own opinion. Concentrate on the target, let the sound be heard. Shut a sense of bad influences from outside, focus on the work that has been planned. Good luck moving forward and never retreating.
