War Crime

A war crime is an act of violation, within the scope of international law, of the laws of war by one or several people, both military and civilian. Perpetrators of these war crimes are called war criminals. Any violation of the laws of war in conflicts between nations constitutes a war crime. War crimes perpetrators are tried through ad hoc international criminal courts, or can also be tried at the International Court of Justice. War crimes are violations of the laws of war, both by military and civilians. These can take the form of: Attacking civilians and medical personnel. Rape, sexual slavery, forced prostitution, forced pregnancy, forced sterilization etc.


Kejahatan perang adalah suatu tindakan pelanggaran, dalam cakupan hukum internasional, terhadap hukum perang oleh satu atau beberapa orang, baik militer maupun sipil. Pelaku kejahatan perang ini disebut penjahat perang. Setiap pelanggaran hukum perang pada konflik antar bangsa merupakan kejahatan perang.  Pelaku kejahatan perang diadili melalui peradilan pidana internasional ad hoc, maupun dapat juga diadili di International Court of Justice. Kejahatan perang yaitu pelanggaran terhadap hukum perang, baik oleh militer maupun sipil. Bentuknya dapat berupa: Menyerang warga sipil dan tenaga medis. Perkosaan, perbudakan seksual, pemaksaan prostitusi, pemaksaan kehamilan, pemaksaan sterilisasi dll

Thank you, Palestine!

When the Palestinians were asked why they didn't just leave there and take refuge in a neighboring country - because the Jewish trials against them were so great, they answered this way:

"If we leave this land (Palestine), then who else will guard the holy mosque of al-Aqsa? Who else will guard the Muslim waqf land? Let us remain here, representing you (all Muslims in the world), my brothers ."

This makes us so pricked. Don't we realize that they are actually there representing us to protect the holy land of Palestine? Replacing our obligation to safeguard the heritage of the people? May Allah glorify them all.

Orang-orang Palestina ketika ditanya mengapa mereka tidak pergi saja dari sana dan mengungsi ke negara tetangga-karena cobaan Yahudi terhadap mereka begitu besar, mereka menjawab begini:

"Jika kami keluar dari tanah ini (Palestina), maka siapa lagi yang akan menjaga masjid suci al-Aqsha? Siapa lagi yang akan menjaga tanah wakaf umat Islam? Biarlah kami tetap di sini, mewakili kalian (seluruh umat Islam di dunia), saudaraku."

Ini membuat kita begitu tertusuk. Tidakkah kita sadar bahwa mereka di sana sebenarnya sedang mewakili kita melindungi tanah suci Palestina? Menggantikan kewajiban kita menjaga warisan umat? Semoga Allah memuliakan mereka semua.
