Lack of knowledge does not mean no. But those who go to college do not know how to position themselves and measure themselves. There are those who do not finish school, but are smart in their relationships and are skilled and organized.
The danger or misfortune of this person, if they do not have both. Carrying themselves let alone becoming a captain for their community.
Just wait for the destruction, if you choose a leader who is not an expert.

Kurang ilmu bukan berarti tidak. Tapi yang sekolah tinggi tidak tahu menempatkan dirinya dan mengukur diri. Ada yang sekolahnya tidak selesai, tapi cerdas dalam pergaulannya dan piawai dan berorganisasi.
Bahayanya atau celakanya orang ini, bila tidak memiliki keduanya. Membawa diri sendiri apalagi menjadi nahkoda untuk masyarakatnya.
Tinggal tunggu kehancurannya, bila memilih leader bukan ahlinya.
