What could you let go of, for the sake of harmony?

Attitudes that can be released, to achieve harmony:
a. Release the excessive feeling of sadness to drift away in the pressure of feelings. Channel the time of worship and diligently pray to Allah.
b. Make sure only within 7 days to get out of the sad.
Live is! Don't think about it but need wise consideration.
c. Plan before doing.
d. Positive thinking facing life's problems.
e. Always communicate with the environment to exchange ideas.
d. Don't get drunk on alcohol, channel your energy into sports and recreation, avoid damaging your body
