Humbleness

﷽ `Indeed, the glory of a human being or the personal beauty of a servant will lie in the breadth of his knowledge and morals. Certainly not because of a handsome face or because of the luxurious clothes that adorn his physique. Only knowledgeable, moral and pious servants are able to maintain their attitude and speech.`
Of course different degrees of knowledgeable people compared to those who are not knowledgeable. But knowledge when it does not bring benefits actually brings harm to the owner. A little knowledge but practice is more useful than a lot of knowledge but never practice. Knowledge will flow to servants who are sincere and humble. As the nature of the water that flows on the plains & places where the surface is lower. Rarely does the flow of water climb to a much higher place. Likewise, knowledge will not be able to bring blessings to those who are arrogant or haughty.


﷽  `Sesungguhnya kemuliaan insan ataupun keindahan pribadi pada diri seorang hamba akan terletak pada keluasan ilmu dan akhlaknya.Tentu bukan sebab tampan wajah atau karena mewahnya pakaian yang menghiasi fisiknya. Hanya hamba-hamba yang berilmu, berakhlak juga bertaqwa saja yang mampu menjaga sikap beserta lisannya.` 
Tentulah berbeda derajat orang yang berilmu dibanding mereka yang tidak berilmu. Namun ilmu ketika tidak membawa manfaat justru mendatangkan mudharat terhadap pemiliknya. Ilmu yang sedikit tetapi diamalkan itu lebih berfaedah daripada banyak ilmu namun tidak pernah diamalkan.`Ilmu akan mengalir pada hamba yang berhati tulus dan tawadhuk. Sebagaimana sifat dari air yang mengalir pada dataran & tempat yang permukaanya lebih rendah. Jarang sekali aliran air mendaki ketempat yang jauh lebih tinggi.Begitupun ilmu, tidak akan bisa membawa berkah pada mereka yang sombong atau tinggi hati.`
