Public Interest

Public interest theory explains that regulation must be able to maximize social welfare and interest group theory explains that regulation is the result of lobbying from several individuals or groups who defend and convey their interests to the government.
   This public interest theory explains that regulation is carried out to protect the public interest. Regulators look for ways to improve the welfare of the wider community.
   In regulation theory, it is explained that to protect the public interest, a centralized economy is used. This theory states that the rules made by the legislature aim to protect users of financial reports through increased economic performance.
   Regulations consisting of: Policies, guidelines/guidelines, procedures and programs.
   Regulations and rules are interrelated things, only the scope is different. Regulations have a wider scope because they are made by state institutions, while regulations have a smaller scope.


Public interest theory menjelaskan bahwa regulasi harus dapat memaksimalkan kesejahteraan sosial dan interest group theory menjelaskan bahwa regulasi adalah hasil lobi dari beberapa individu atau kelompok yang mempertahankan dan menyampaikan kepentingan mereka kepada pemerintah.
   Public interest theory ini menjelaskan bahwa bahwa regulasi itu dilakukan untuk melindungi kepentingan publik. Regulator mencari cara untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat luas.
   Dalam teori regulasi dijelaskan bahwa untuk melindungi kepentingan umum digunakan perekonomian yang terpusat. Teori ini menyatakan bahwa aturan yang dibuat oleh legislatif bertujuan untuk melindungi pengguna laporan keuangan yang dilakukan melalui peningkatan kinerja ekonomi.
   Regulasi yang terdiri dari : Kebijakan, pedoman/panduan, prosedur dan program.
   Regulasi dan aturan menjadi hal yang saling berkaitan, hanya ruang lingkupnya saja yang berbeda. Regulasi memiliki cakupan yang lebih luas karena dibuat oleh lembaga negara, sedangkan aturan cakupannya lebih kecil.
