Hypothesis

Hypothesis is a conjecture or temporary statement that is used to solve a problem in research whose truth must be tested empirically. In the research structure - especially quantitative research - the hypothesis becomes an important point in research.
The way to prove the truth of the hypothesis is to do research. The function of the hypothesis is to be an important part of a scientific paper. Its uses include: Providing a temporary explanation of symptoms. Facilitate the expansion of knowledge in certain fields.

1. Alternative Hypothesis
2. Null Hypothesis

Types of Hypotheses According to Their Forms

1. Relational or Associative Hypothesis.
2. Descriptive Hypothesis.
3. Comparative Hypothesis.


Hipotesis adalah dugaan atau pernyataan sementara yang digunakan untuk memecahkan suatu masalah dalam penelitian yang kebenarannya harus diuji secara empiris. Dalam struktur penelitian – khususnya penelitian kuantitatif – hipotesis menjadi poin penting dalam penelitian.
Cara untuk membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis adalah dengan melakukan penelitian. Fungsi hipotesis adalah menjadi bagian penting dari sebuah karya ilmiah. Kegunaannya antara lain: Memberikan penjelasan gejala sementara. Mempermudah perluasan pengetahuan dalam bidang tertentu.
